Rental Income
Community residents have the option of placing their residence with the February Point property management team for those parts of the year when the units would otherwise be unoccupied, providing a welcomed return on their investment.
Many of our owners who are too busy to live full-time in bahamas paradise or who want to have their investment working for them, participate in our Rental Pool Program. February Point Estates offers the service of overseeing the respectful rental of private villas.
In addition, our villa rental guest services include daily housekeeping, grocery shopping, shuttle to town as well as vacation planning to help guests enjoy the island to the fullest during their stay.
Offshore Tax Haven
You will have to make an effort to find anything on which you can pay taxes in the Bahamas. Nothing is levied on capital gains, corporate earnings, personal income, sales, inheritance, or dividends. This applies not only to individuals, but also to all resident corporations, partnerships and trusts.
Accelerated consideration for annual or permanent residence is given to major investors and owners of upscale Bahamian property (such as that available through February Point). Immediately upon application to the Director of Immigration, all international persons owning residences in The Bahamas are eligible to receive a "Home Owners Card" which entitles the spouse and children of the owner (as well as the owner) to enter and remain in The Bahamas for the duration of the validity of the card.

By using the February Point construction team, the inconvenience and risk typically associated with building on the islands is eliminated through fixed cost and timely delivery guarantees. Moreover, with completed residences available for inspection, you can see for yourself the quality and high standards of February Point construction.
 February Point offers financing to qualified applicants for the purchase of a home site at competitive rates. Purchasers may also finance the construction of their residence via a number of off-shore lenders.
At February Point, strict building codes, set out in the deed of conveyance, ensure that all residences are constructed to standards commensurate with an up-scale resort development.
