| Homes within the February Point community display many variations in design ideas,
fabric choices and personal styles. From traditional selections such as Tommy Bahama, to inspired
rooms with an Indonesian motif, to relaxed themes using wood and wicker of the finest quality,
these varied and beautiful designs already grace the interiors of our finished homes at February Point.
So, whether you desire the relaxed and light "California" styles,
dark "Indonesian" woods, modern rooms using designs such as David Francis and Barbara
Taylor, or more rustic hand-carved mahogany in our "Bauer" and "Artesia"
collections. Our in-house design team will assist you from A-Z. |

We also offer custom window dressings from Hunter Douglass and Levolor,
along with curtains and beddings sewn in the fabric of your choice in order to add personalized
color and life to your island home.

Furnishing Options

To eliminate the headache and hassle of importing and transporting furniture to the Bahamas,
February Point offers two furnishing options to meet your needs:

Turnkey Interior Design Option A
Our turnkey option offers a selection of durable, high quality furnishings, linens and kitchenware.
Our designer offers a variety of themes, fabrics and styles insuring that each villa is tailored to
individual owner tastes.
Standard packages start at $65,000 for two-bedroom units to $85,000 for three-bedroom units. This
include import duties, shipping and installation. Certain optional upgrades are also available.

Custom Interior Design Option B
This option is similar to the turnkey option, except that it is designed for owners with larger
homes to furnish or have very specific design needs or have a more flexible budget. Utilizing our
resources we will customize down to the last detail, including doors, fixtures, floors and
furnishings.
Two-bedroom custom package start at $65,000*; three-bedroom package from
