Competitive Referral Rates
We encourage international real estate brokers to market properties at February Point on a
referral basis for a fee based on the selling price.
All referrals will be directed to our Community Specialists,
via email, or toll free 1-877-8-EXHALE (1-877-839-4253) for follow-up and closing.
Referral fees shall be payable upon closing. Please contact us if you require further information.
Inspection Visit
If you are interested in coming to February Point for an inspection visit, please contact us to make
arrangements. February Point Resort Estates is on Great Exuma Island just a half mile from Georgetown
