This Privacy Policy was created and applies to all visitors to the February Point Inc. website and all our correspondents.

February Point Inc. requests and maintains only the minimal amount of information about its clients.

We will not, under any circumstances, divulge any information whatsoever to any other company or individual.

We save e-mail, form data and notes on correspondence with those who contact us. We do not and never will collect any other information pertaining to our clients.

When you download any information from us, you will receive only the text, pictures and sound files as described. We have never and will never produce or use any spyware or malware of any kind.

We will e-mail you only under the following conditions:

• If you initiate the correspondence.
• Notice of an event which might interest a possible visitor to our site in Exuma, the Bahamas.
• We will also send a notice not more often than every three months if we launch a new product. (You will be given the opportunity to opt out of this type of e-mail.)
• Under no circumstances will we send you an e-mail for any other purpose.
• Again, we will not deliberately provide our clients’ information to any other company or individual. We take reasonable steps to protect such information from hackers, etc.
